Brewery festival in the boat shed
As evening approaches, we gather in the Sjöboden for summer’s loveliest Fridays. Here, music, something delicious to drink, and a menu to settle into await. Enjoy fish and chips with a kick, share charcuterie and cheese across the table, or pick up something simple like olives and crisps. From the oven come pizzas with seasonal flavours, from shrimp and parmesan to greens from the garden. Finish with something sweet, perhaps a baked apple with candied almonds and the house ice cream.
